April 2023 Artist In Residence Open Brief – Perspectives On The Future

March 29, 2023
THIS OPPORTUNITY CLOSES SUNDAY 30th APRIL 2023.
We’re back with our Artist In Residence fund, brought to you in partnership with Clear Channel and Shutterstock. The Art Fund aims to support underrepresented artists from the African, Caribbean and Asian diasporas with grants and free outdoor media space, to amplify art that champions new perspectives on the world. This April we’re back with a new brief, more free media space and £500 grants for visual and verbal artists. To enter all you have to do is submit your artistic interpretation of the following brief:

THE BRIEF – Perspectives on the future

In moments when society is taking stock of the past, thoughts of the future can drive us to greatness. This brief is all about looking ahead to what the future holds for ourselves, for our communities and for the world. Our fears, our hopes and our dreams. We want to see your visual and verbal artistic interpretations of ‘perspectives on the future’.

As part of our 2023 programme, we will be opening up selection of the final winners to the wider public, who will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite artworks on our website, before final votes are counted and winners notified.

HOW DO I ENTER?

Email [email protected] by Sunday 30th April 2023 with the following:
