2023 Art Fund – Cast Your Vote
You asked and we heard you. You get the chance to decide our final Artist in Residence winners! Brought to you by POCC, Clear Channel and Shutterstock, our shortlisted entries have been selected by our creative experts, with these works representing the best, most well-crafted answers to this month’s brief:
Power
Of the people that want or hold power, only a few know how to use it well and responsibly. Whether it’s in politics, our working industries or even in the day-to-day, the use and abuse of power can make or break people. For this brief, we want to see your interpretation of power across the entire scale – from powerless to powerful.
The top 10 artists will each receive a £500 grant and free outdoor media space. Take a look and cast your vote. Think about what in the submission moves you, or inspires you. Consider how it makes you feel when you look at it or read it. You can only vote once, so choose wisely! Voting closes end of the day Tuesday 25th July and artists will be announced in August.
