We created POCC Jobs to accelerate equality and equity for global majority creative professionals in the industry at all levels. Our headhunting service and jobs board capabilities are built to support global majority creative talent to find their next role, challenge traditional recruitment processes that do not serve our community whilst increasing representation across the creative industry at all levels – from entry to C-Suite.

The POCC Jobs Board aims to diversify the industry by helping organisations reach a highly engaged creative audience from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds. POCC’s extensive creative network is comprised of both permanent and freelance talent, spanning Art & Creative Direction, Design, Strategy, Production, Film and Motion, Client Services, PR & Communications, Project Management and more, from entry-level to C-Suite.

We post all new job vacancies on our website, Whatsapp groups, social media, monthly email newsletters, and share with our extended network of partners, with a combined reach of 10,000+.

Each post stays up on the job board for 30 days and gets pushed out to the POCC community across socials.

Package 1: £1000 excl VAT for 5 x Jobs Posts redeemable within 12 months

Package 2: £1750 excl VAT for 10 x Job Posts redeemable within 12 months

Package 3: £2500 excl VAT for unlimited Job Posts redeemable within 12 months

Payments can be made through credit card or PO. All invoices are payable within 15 days.

Looking for direct support with hiring creative talent? Through our extended networks and recruitment tools we manage all of the outreach, vetting and shortlisting of candidates for your role. We’ll support you through interviews and feedback stages, with the aim of providing a shortlist of candidates of all backgrounds.
