The Pocc WhatsApp group is a positive professional space for creative professionals to exchange opportunities; seek collaborations; share knowledge; connect with like-minded people; inform others about relevant events and news; hold concise, intelligent debate on issues relevant to our community; offer and ask for support and advice; advocate for change and take action.
2. We are a family of generosity and reciprocity so if you give to the group, please ensure you also reach out for help when needed. And if you take from the group, please ensure you contribute and help others.
3. Our WhatsApp spaces are not for: hate, -isms or -phobias; sharing negative energy; negative news stories or laughing at black or brown pain and trauma; calling/DMing people inappropriately; spam; messaging at unsociable hours (between 10pm and 7am); harassment or discrimination of any kind; holding lengthy one to one conversations in the main group (please always take to DM when relevant); using Pocc as a means of pursuing relationships outside of a professional context; sharing screenshots of group chats or member’s personal details (including names and phone numbers) outside of Pocc. Members who are found to breach any of the above rules will be contacted by a member of the Pocc team and may be removed from the Whatsapp group to continue keeping Pocc a safe space.
