About The Team
Our UK Media team is headed up by Ben Allison, the VP of Global Media. He originally started in the NY HQ of VaynerMedia and brings a piece of the NY style to his work in our London office. Supporting him are a team of dynamic, creative and passionate Media professionals who’s commitment and eye for detail has produced many successful campaigns.
So, how will you slot into the team and what will you bring?
●You’ll be someone who has an eye for problem-solving, we’re a company who values your unique self and that means your way of working too!
●We love being truly collaborative, leaning on each other and sharing ideas so this is something that we’d encourage you to do
●Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, V Lookups) is definitely a must. We don’t expect you to have all the answers but you’ll need to be comfortable with Excel and if not, comfortable with looking for the right answers (we’re here to help support you too)
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
●Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital
●Ongoing, real-time optimisation of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
●Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping choose
platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, and more including the setup, implementation and measurement of various controlled A/B tests
●Assist with client-facing campaign reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown
●Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and
takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients
