Job Description
You are an enthusiastic, proactive and problem-solving individual with a track record of producing a variety of small to medium sized Integrated AV content productions, Print and Digital/ Social campaigns from creative development to final delivery to a high standard.
What you’ll do
- Cross-departmental collaboration and management of AV, print, and digital projects including specialty projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
- Strong skills in both AV and stills productions, having independently worked on at least 3+ of each AV, Stills and social projects with the ability to work on one or both within any given project.
- A good understanding of the post-production process for both Motion and Stills production, with the knowledge of how to deliver assets from creative sign-off to final delivery.
- Working with third-party production partners including Directors, photographers and designers to deliver the best creative output.
- Manage schedules and budgets on production projects.
- Securing sourcing quotes and negotiations with vendors.
- Creating estimates and scopes of work for external and project-based work.
- Work with Project Director/ Programme Director, Executive Producers and Executive Production Director to determine the scope of a project, hours allocation, and the necessary content needed to gather together.
- Vendor/partner research and vetting to ensure they will deliver the highest-quality creative product and stay true to the vision of the project/deliverable.
Who you’ll do it with
You’ll report into the Executive Producer/Executive Production Director and work alongside, Brand Management, Creative, Design, PDG and Ops.
What it takes
- Industry experience in either solely agency side or agency & production.
- Demonstrable experience managing simultaneous projects in a fast-paced
- agency, marketing, or creative services environment is a must.
- Proven AV and print production experience;
- Have worked on 1-2 alternative styles of production such as experiential.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Self-motivated, strong time management and adept at multi-tasking
- Solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations.
- Thorough knowledge of Google product suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of AV, digital, print, and the ability to converse effectively about all verticals.
- Strong sense of design and experience with industry-leading creative output.
- Commercially sound with a strong understanding of financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
