Pocc has partnered with Women in Advertising and Communication London (WACL) to give away a limited number of free spaces to this year’s WACL Festival of Talent. The WACL Festival of talent is a virtual day to focus on you; a day of learning, development and inspiration for ambitious women building their future in the media, marketing and advertising industry. Tickets are usually valued between £150.00 – £1,000.00.

Taking place Thursday 19th May 2022, this year’s theme is NEXT GENERATION LEADERSHIP and is designed to help you build an understanding of the qualities and skills next generation leadership requires of every one of us. The event will include interactive coaching sessions to accelerate your personal growth and inspirational speakers with learnings to share, including Madeline McQueen delivering live coaching, Alex Mahon, CEO of Channel 4. Dr Ed Brooks from the Oxford Character Project and Blessing Omakwu from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and many, many more.

WHO CAN APPLY?
– women and non-binary creative and marketing professionals who are of African, Caribbean and/or Asian descent.

– have 3+ years experience in industry
