POCC is proud to be advertising on behalf of Greenpeace UK – and this one is big.
They’re looking for a Fundraising Innovation Lead.
Full-time. Permanent. Hybrid. Based in Islington, London.
Now let’s talk to you.
If you’re the kind of person who looks at fundraising and thinks, “There’s a better way to do this” – keep reading.
Greenpeace isn’t just any charity. They’re part of a global network operating in over 55 countries, standing up to power, defending nature, and pushing for peace. They investigate, they expose, they campaign – and they win change. But to keep doing that, they need income that’s bold, sustainable and future-facing.
That’s where you come in.
This is a newly created role. A blank canvas. A chance to build the fundraising innovation function almost from the ground up. You won’t just be improving products – you’ll be shaping culture, capability and direction.
They’re looking for a constructive disruptor.
Someone who can challenge the status quo in revenue generation.
Someone who understands innovation frameworks – and actually uses them.
You’ll lead horizon scanning. You’ll manage pipelines. You’ll take ideas from brief, to insight, to prototype, to testing, to launch. You’ll work across teams – fundraising and beyond – pulling together insight, audience research, and data to design products that resonate and generate real, sustainable income.
You’ll need:
In short – you’re strategic, creative, analytical and collaborative. You can see the big picture, but you know how to move ideas through delivery.
The role is based in Islington, London, with hybrid working. Greenpeace UK asks colleagues to work from the office around 40% of their time (20% minimum), and they’re committed to reasonable adjustments where needed.
And what do you get in return?
A generous pension. Subsidised lunches. Free yoga. Extensive wellbeing resources. Ongoing learning and development. And the chance to contribute to a mission focused on halving emissions and restoring biodiversity this decade – fairly and equitably.
Greenpeace UK is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. They recognise underrepresentation within environmental and campaigning spaces and are actively working to change that. As part of this, they’re piloting a Guaranteed Interview Scheme for applicants who identify as a person of colour and meet the essential criteria.
If you’re ready to build something new.
If you want your innovation skills to power global environmental impact.
If you’re excited by challenge, complexity and purpose –
This could be your next move.
Closing date: Monday 2 March 2026, 9:00am.
