About the company

COPA90 and EA SPORTS FC are committed to making changes not just within our own organisations, but the whole creative industry.

Racism in football is about more than just the high profile cases, it comes through in multiple ways, and at its core is a lack of diversity in sports media.

So while we’re working hard to support those who are already changing the landscape, we’re also looking to find the next voice in football, you, whose voice can change the sound of the industry.

Following another successful year that saw interns build incredible relationships and full time contracts within the industry, we’re re-opening the internship during an exciting year of football, UEFA Euro 2024.

SAVED BY THE BALL: A BEAT THE BIAS STORY

As part of the 2023 internship programme, the class of ’23 were tasked with creating a content piece that uncovered untold, amazing, empowering stories of people positively impacting the footballing world.

Their single ambition was to shine a light on these impactful stories from individuals, organisations, fans and players from across the UK. These unsung heroes made their mark, so did the class of 2023.
