WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Creating and developing outstanding designs for but not limited to: websites, campaigns, banners, email shots, apps, social media, global toolkits, press ads, ooh, and visual & brand guidelines
• Working with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet or exceed with our clients’ strategic objectives
• Working on multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting your deadlines and supporting your team members to meet theirs
• Following the correct design processes and creating high quality deliverables for projects

WHO YOU’LL DO IT WITH
• Your role will be within our dedicated team P&G Design Team
• You will work closely with our Designers, Creative Teams, Producers, Project Managers and Account Managers

WHAT IT TAKES
• Being motivated, goal oriented, and a good communicator
• Ability to articulate and champion your ideas both in front of clients and internally
• Having a keen eye for to detail – your work perfectly aligns to grids and has consistency throughout
• Balancing multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
• An ability to organise work within an existing design processes
• Collaboration and creative judgement
• Being pioneering, curious and not afraid to take risks to keep on top of industry trends

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Previous experience working in an advertising agency
• A portfolio of work with experience working on beauty brands (exposure to fashion brands would be beneficial but not mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
• Strong animation/motion skills using Adobe After Effects
• Proven experience creating high-quality visual designs for advertising campaigns
