Job Description

Fuse are looking for an ambitious intern to join our Entertainment team. You’ll play an important role in supporting our existing team when delivering on our clients’ sporting partnerships

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a role that offers the opportunity work closely with talent inthe entertainment space, contribute to organising a global entertainment event and work within a close experience team.

The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and creative team to support on-going projects. Main day- to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing ideas relating to new client opportunities
  • Tracking and updating the status of specific projects
  • Taking responsibility for a number of internal and external administrative procedures and deliverables
  • Helping to produce written documents g. reports and proposals
  • Conducting research to help inform the direction of our work within entertainment
  • Producing client contact reports
  • Ensuring that the team are aware of the relevant news and trends within the industry

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A passion for Music, Gaming & Entertainment
  • Social Media savvy
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail, yet ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinker
  • A can-do, positive, friendly attitude
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and planning skills, able to multi-task and work under pressure whilst remaining professional and calm
