We are Momentum Worldwide, an award-winning global creative agency with experiences at
our heart.
We believe in the power of brand acts to connect with modern audiences, by delivering human-
centric connected experiences, that live and breathe in culture.
We are a truly global network that truly collaborates across borders and without boundaries.
Our success is built on an agency wide commitment to integration – whether sharing the latest
technology, supporting individual’s passions, or approaching projects with a unique
entrepreneurial mindset.
We’re always growing, learning and defining new paths – so now’s a great time join in and be a
part of our story.
Momentum is the back-of-the-deck-idea agency. The ideas that other agencies deem too crazy, too physical, too hard to pull off are the ideas that we get to do every day. We have the resources, expertise and technology to make any idea possible – but what we need is a smart, strategic creative leader to make them ideas that matter.
As ECD, your job will be building and shaping a creative department that marries the strategic creativity of the best above the line agencies with the flawless execution of the best experiential shops.
The Executive Creative Director is responsible for managing a group of accounts and creative
employees. The ECD should touch every project for every client, making sure that the
standards of excellence are upheld, the client is satisfied with the work, and the employees are
excited about working in the agency.
The ECD must cultivate strong relationships with counterparts in other departments and other
offices around the world and work as a team to develop ideas. The ECD must be able to
influence the client’s decision-making and organically grow the business by consistently
delivering effective creative.
