  • Serving as one of the main points of contact for your clients day-to-day, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Delivering brand film platforms including high-profile partnerships with celebrity talent
  • Supporting senior leadership to deliver and execute partnership initiatives and associated assets, driving exceptional results
  • Collaborating closely with the CD and creative teams to develop innovative and culturally relevant content that resonates with our clients’ audiences.
  • Supporting in the end-to-end process of partnership activations, from initial concept through to execution.
  • Monitor and report on the success of partnership activations, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improve campaign performance.

Our dream hire will have:

  • Ample experience in client servicing roles (e.g. Senior Account Executive) or similar role in a brand marketing agency. Experience with partnerships and cultural marketing is preferred but not a must
  • Experience working with brands, the film, entertainment, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering successful brand/ partnership campaigns.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working with celebrity talent and high-profile events or festivals.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for culture, film, and entertainment, with a deep understanding of the current landscape and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic ‘start up’ environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
