Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and detailed Account Manager to join our growing agency. As part of the client service department, you will work with a team to deliver projects and briefs across multiple clients through strategy, creative and production. These projects range from content, social, and advertising campaigns to reactive and tactical asks, along side general account team support.

Reporting into the Head of Account Management, the ideal candidate will have a good mix of experiences that covers account management, creative development, and production – including some but not all channel specialties. We will help you learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Account and Business Directors to service agency clients.
  • Constructively interpreting client briefs and tasks, working with your line managers to update internal teams and resource accordingly.
  • Manage either portions of, or complete, briefs through the agency to delivery
  • Be client facing with the ability to present work and updates when appropriate
  • Act as a team support for key meetings and presentations
  • Maintain accurate financial reconciliations and billings for your key clients
  • Build relationships with internal agency teams and departments.

Skills Required

  • General comprehension of how a creative agency operate and the process of creative development and production
  • Channel experience with the desire to learn more
  • A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and industry trends
  • Detailed orientated with the ability to generate outputs that evidence this – status and contact reports, financial reconciliations and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.

Experience: 2+ Years advertising/marketing or similar
